At REVOQ, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order isn’t quite right, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
One return request per order is allowed.
How to Request a Return
Fill out the Return Request Form on our website.
Select "Return" as the case type and enter all required details (Order Number, Name, Email, Mobile).
Once approved, ship the item to the provided address using a trusted courier service.
Refund Options
You can choose to receive:
A refund to your original payment method, or
A REVOQ Digital Gift Card of the same value.
Note: Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. They are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
REVOQ is not liable for damage or loss during return shipping.
Please pack the item securely and use a reliable courier.
Processing Time
Return requests and refunds may take 4 to 6 weeks from the date the returned item is received and approved.
REVOQ Exchange Policy (via Gift Card)
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can exchange an item by requesting a REVOQ Digital Gift Card, which can be used to place a new order.
How It Works
Submit a request through the Return & Exchange Form, selecting "Exchange".
Once approved, ship the item back to us using a trusted courier.
After receiving and verifying your item, we will issue a REVOQ Digital Gift Card for the item’s value (excluding shipping).
Use this gift card to place a new order on our website.
Gift cards issued for exchanges are valid for 6 months.
Exchange Restrictions
Gift Cards issued for exchanges cannot be converted to cash or refunded.
Exchanges are not available for final sale items or those bought during promotions.
Items must meet the same return eligibility criteria: unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for loss or damage during transit. Ensure items are packed securely and shipped via a reliable courier.
