REVOQ (“we”, “our”, “us”) runs therevoq.com. This page explains what information we collect when you shop with us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We have kept it short and in plain language; if anything is unclear, ask us.

• We collect only what we need to take your order, deliver it, support you and, if you opt in, keep you posted on new releases.
• We never sell your personal data.
• Payment card details are handled by our payment providers; we never see or store full card numbers.
• You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time, and you can ask us to see, correct or delete your data.

1. What we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address.
• Order details: the items you buy, sizes, order history, returns and exchanges.
• Account details, if you create an account: login email and saved addresses.
• Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, phone or through the return form.

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location and the pages you view, gathered through cookies and similar tools (see section 6).

2. How we use it

• To fulfil your order — process payment, confirm cash-on-delivery orders by phone or WhatsApp, pack and ship, and send order and tracking updates.
• To support you — answer questions, handle returns and exchanges, and resolve delivery issues.
• To keep the store safe — prevent fraud and repeated refused deliveries, and protect your account.
• To improve the store — understand which products and pages work, and fix what does not.
• To tell you about REVOQ — new drops and offers by email, SMS or WhatsApp, only if you have opted in. Every message includes a way to opt out.

3. Who we share it with

Only the partners needed to run the store, and only the data they need for their job:

• Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders and payments.
• Payment providers for card and bank payments. Card data goes directly to them and is never stored by us.
• Courier companies, who receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your parcel.
• Email, SMS and WhatsApp service providers, to send order updates and, if you opted in, marketing.
• Analytics and advertising tools such as Meta and Google, to measure our ads and site performance.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

4. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, warranty and legal purposes. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account.

5. Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from marketing using the link in any email, by replying STOP to an SMS, or by messaging us.
• Access or correct the information we hold about you.
• Delete your account and personal data, subject to records we must keep by law.

To exercise any of these, email contact@therevoq.com from the address on your account. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.

6. Cookies

Cookies keep your cart and login working, remember your preferences, and help us understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the store will still work, but some features such as the cart may not remember your choices.

7. Security

The store runs on Shopify’s secure, encrypted infrastructure, and access to customer data inside our team is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your account password private and contact us if you notice anything unusual.

8. Children

Our store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. The date below tells you when it was last changed. Continued use of the store after an update means you accept the revised policy.
