At REVOQ, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Should your order not meet your expectations, you may initiate a return based on the following professional guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be considered for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Timeframe: The return request must be formally submitted within 7 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date of your order.

Condition of Merchandise: All items must be returned in their original, pristine condition:

Unused, unwashed, and unaltered.

In original product packaging with all protective materials intact.

All original tags and labels must be attached.

Exclusions: Items purchased under promotional offers, during sales events, or explicitly marked as final sale are ineligible for return or exchange.

Limit: Only one return request is permitted per original order.
Procedure for Initiating a Return

Request Submission: Complete the dedicated Return Request Form available on our official website.

Detailing: Select "Return" as the case type and provide all necessary information, including the Order Number, Name, Email, and Mobile contact.

Approval and Shipment: Upon review and preliminary approval of your request, you will receive the designated return address. The customer is responsible for shipping the article back to REVOQ using a courier service of their choice and trust.
Return Shipping Responsibility

Cost: The customer assumes responsibility for all costs associated with return shipping.

Liability: REVOQ is not liable for any parcels that are lost or damaged during return transit. We strongly advise using a reliable shipping service and securing appropriate tracking and insurance for your package.
Refund Options
Upon satisfactory receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, you may choose one of the following refund methods:

Original Payment Method: A direct refund to the financial account used for the original purchase.

REVOQ Digital Gift Card: A store credit issued as a Digital Gift Card for the value of the returned item(s).
Note on Gift Cards: Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issuance.
Processing Timeline
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks from the date we receive the returned item for the inspection, approval, and final processing of your refund or gift card issuance.
REVOQ Exchange Policy
REVOQ does not facilitate direct exchanges of merchandise. To exchange an item, please follow the procedure below to receive a Digital Gift Card, which can then be used to place a new order for the desired item.
