Everything you need to know about how your REVOQ order gets to you.

At a glance

• Free delivery on every order, anywhere in Pakistan. No minimum spend.
• Cash on delivery available nationwide, alongside card and bank payment.
• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation.
• You receive a tracking number by SMS and email the moment your parcel leaves us.

Delivery times

Counted in working days from dispatch (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays):

• Karachi: 2–3 working days
• Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Hyderabad: 3–5 working days
• Other cities and towns: 4–7 working days

During sales, launches and the days around Eid, dispatch can take an extra 1–2 days. We will always let you know if your order is affected.

Order confirmation

For cash-on-delivery orders our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm the order before it is dispatched. Please keep the number you entered at checkout reachable; orders we cannot confirm within 48 hours are cancelled.

Tracking your order

Your tracking link is sent as soon as the courier collects the parcel. You can also find it under My Account → Orders. If the tracking has not updated for 3 working days, message us and we will chase the courier for you.

Changing or cancelling an order

• You can change your size, colour or address, or cancel the order, at no charge until it is dispatched. Email or WhatsApp us with your order number.
• Once dispatched, changes are no longer possible; please use our Return & Exchange process after delivery.

Failed or refused deliveries

The courier attempts delivery twice and will call you before each attempt. If both attempts fail or the parcel is refused, it is returned to us and the order is cancelled. Repeated refused cash-on-delivery orders may result in future orders being accepted on prepayment only.

Damaged on arrival

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the packaging is damaged or an item is faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo and we will replace it at no cost to you.

International shipping

We currently deliver within Pakistan only. If you would like to order from abroad, get in touch and we will do our best to arrange it.
